Terms and Conditions

NMI ERP SHOP is an online store available under the nmierp.pl domain and operated by NMI ERP Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Krakow at św. Filipa 23/3, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000862154, tax identification number (NIP): 6751736360.

1. NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. operates the sale of services via the Internet under the nmierp.pl/shop domain.

2. Orders are accepted through the nmierp.pl/shop website. To place an order and make a purchase, the Customer must create an account by registering. The account is created for an indefinite period and can be deleted at the Customer's request. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which the Customer confirms when placing an order or creating an account.

3. During the registration and account creation process, the Customer completes a registration form. The Customer then receives a message to the email address provided during registration to confirm the registration of the account in the nmierp.pl sales system. Confirmation of registration by the Customer activates the account and constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the principles of conducting sales in the nmierp.pl systems.

4. Services presented on the nmierp.pl websites are performed by NMI ERP Sp. z o.o.

5. Net prices are displayed on the nmierp.pl websites.

6. A VAT invoice is issued for each completed order. Depending on the ordered services, the VAT invoice is delivered either in the traditional way or electronically to the Customer's address indicated in the order.

7. By placing an order with an obligation to pay in the nmierp.pl sales system, the Customer is required to make payment for the ordered services no later than 14 days from the date of the order.

8. NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. provides the following forms of payment:
– Bank transfer (based on a pro forma invoice) – pro forma invoices are issued upon request. In the case of bank transfer payments, the order is fulfilled after the full amount is credited to the bank account of NMI ERP Sp. z o.o.

9. Customers placing orders without registration are required to make prepayment. Order fulfillment takes place once NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. has received the full payment for the ordered services.

10. The time of service fulfillment depends on arrangements between NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. and the Customer. The commencement of order fulfillment shall not exceed 30 days; if order fulfillment is expected to exceed this period, the Customer will be informed by nmierp.pl support about the possible delivery time of the order.

11. All services offered on the nmierp.pl websites may be covered by a warranty. The warranty period is specified in the service agreement concluded following the purchase.

12. Sales that do not constitute consumer sales are excluded from the warranty provisions contained in the Civil Code.

13. Complaints can be submitted by the Customer electronically to biuro@nmierp.pl, or in writing to the correspondence address: NMI ERP Sp. z o.o., św. Filipa 23/3, 31-150 Kraków.

14. Information provided on the nmierp.pl websites does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order via nmierp.pl/shop, the Customer submits an offer to purchase a specific service under the terms specified in the order and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

15. Personal data provided by Customers is collected and processed by NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. in accordance with applicable law. With the Customer's express consent, this data may be used for marketing purposes. The Customer may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting the company using the contact details specified at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. Details regarding the storage and processing of personal data are contained in the Privacy Policy.

16. NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Each amendment obliges NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. to inform Customers in a clear and legible manner about the changes introduced.

17. In all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.

18. All disputes arising from the activities of NMI ERP Sp. z o.o. regarding the nmierp.pl service shall be resolved by the common courts. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to seek out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. More information is available at www.uokik.gov.pl.
