Sure Step

The years of experience of Microsoft and its partners in implementing ERP systems in companies around the world has become the basis for creating ready-made deployment models that significantly reduce work. At NMI ERP, we implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Microsoft Dynamics NAV), based on Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step – Rapid Methodology, as well as the experience of our specialists.

Sure Step Methodology:

  1. Diagnosis – preliminary analysis of customer needs and requirements, as well as defining the basic objectives of implementation.
  2. Analysis – defining key project parameters by examining all processes occurring within the company.
  3. Design – Check all processes and requirements for support through standard system functionalities, and then predict those that require changes to the basic configuration.
  4. Programming – configuration of the system and modification of standard functionalities to meet the requirements of the client.
  5. Acceptance tests and training – performed in parallel to verify that all functionalities work according to the design.
  6. System launch and post-implementation care – import of historical data and opening balances into the system, as well as support for users in the first months of operation of the new system.
  7. Operation of the system – advanced training for system users and completion of the implementation project.
  8. Optimization – development of the system based on the customer’s demand for new or expanded functionalities.
  9. Upgrade – upgrade to a higher version of the system

Rollout of the ERP system

Rollout deployments occur when the implementation concerns a branch (subsidiary) of a company whose head office or other branches already have an ERP system. The classic rollout is based on mapping the model of an existing system, both in terms of functionality and processes. However, often the head office leaves its branches free to implement the system in terms of configuration details, but requires integration with the central system and maintaining general standards.

NMI ERP implements both rollout deployment models.

Custom Development

Due to the extensive business and technological experience of our consultants, we are able to carry out implementation processes, extended by so-called custom development, that is, creating and integrating with the ERP system dedicated solutions, meeting the advanced needs of the client. Additional features may be based on:

  • configuration and integration with existing IT solutions at the customer, integration with Business Intelligence-class systems,
  • mobile and desktop apps
  • B2B platforms,
  • SFA mobile systems,
  • online shops,
  • WMS (for warehouses),
  • MES system (for production support),
  • integration of additional devices, such as barcode readers (after using ADCS via VT100 technology), or terminals communicating with the system by radio,
  • and many others (contact our consultant and ask for a solution of interest to you).
