Description
We provide a comprehensive implementation service for Microsoft's renowned CRM (Customer Engagement) and ERP (Business Central) systems.
As part of our Quick Implementation Premium package, you will receive:
- A virtual workspace for your company with preconfigured system settings;
- At least one user with full access to system features (plus two free accounts for an administrator and external accounting);
- A built-in basic CRM module for customer relationship management;
- A dedicated Power BI reports package;
- Basic configuration of OCR and workflow functionality;
- 8 hours of user training;
- Access to training materials to support onboarding;
- 30 support service units (each including 30 minutes of service work).
This package is designed for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential license.
- The price includes a standard implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Any code changes or additional customizations are not included in the quoted price.
- The basic system configuration is predefined by the provider — any changes to it are not included in the package.
- The price does not cover travel or on-site visit costs. If an on-site visit is required, such costs will be presented for approval.
- Any hour of work started beyond the package limit will be billed at the current hourly rate.
