Job Description:

• Support in the ongoing and accurate bookkeeping of client accounts,
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and recurring declarations,
• Organize and archive accounting documentation,
• Monitor the accuracy of documents in the financial accounting system,
• Perform ongoing analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts,
• Post and categorize financial documents,
• Assist in the preparation of VAT and GUS declarations,
• Actively participate in the implementation of ERP systems, focusing on financial and accounting areas,
• Continuously improve skills and provide day-to-day support to clients in accounting-related areas,
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor, in line with your competencies.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (VAT, CIT),
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in accounting,
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or willingness to learn quickly,
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office suite.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the Optima accounting system,
• Background in working with IT companies or involvement in ERP implementation projects.
