We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive accounting of the company as well as of our clients. The hired person will supervise the work of the accounting team, prepare reports and financial statements, represent the company before government institutions, and support ERP implementation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in financial and accounting areas.

Job Description:
- Comprehensive bookkeeping in accordance with applicable regulations,
- Managing full accounting of the company and providing accounting services for client companies,
- Preparing financial statements, tax declarations (VAT, CIT), and reports for external institutions,
- Supervising accounting records and financial document workflows,
- Monitoring receivables and liabilities, preparing payments, and preparing management reports,
- Coordinating the work of the accounting team and supporting the development of team members’ competencies,
- Cooperation with the operations and project teams in the areas of settlements and budgeting,
- Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations in the financial and accounting area.
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting, finance, or economics,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in an independent or managerial position,
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations (VAT, CIT), and labor law,
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports for external institutions,
- Experience with Business Central financial and accounting systems and MS Office package,
- Independence, responsibility, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
