We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing clients’ business processes as well as designing and implementing solutions based on the Microsoft ERP system. The responsibilities will include managing full implementation cycles, configuring and customizing the system to meet client requirements, collaborating with the project team, and supporting clients in effectively using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Job Description:
- Analyze clients’ business needs and design solutions based on Dynamics 365 Business Central,
- Lead complete ERP implementation cycles – from pre-implementation analysis, through configuration, data migration, and testing, to go-live and post-implementation support,
- Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and project managers to achieve project objectives,
- Configure and customize the system according to client requirements (including work with AL/Extensions),
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and prepare user documentation,
- Analyze and resolve ongoing user issues within the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV as a functional consultant, implementation specialist, or ERP analyst,
- Strong knowledge of business processes – finance, logistics, production, sales, warehouse,
- Ability to conduct pre-implementation analyses and document requirements,
- Experience in project-based work and effective collaboration with teams and clients,
- Fluent English, enabling work with technical materials and interaction with international customers,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities,
- Independence, accountability, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively,
- Commitment to professional development and keeping up with technological trends.
Nice to have:
- Experience in developing extensions in AL using Visual Studio Code,
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
