We are looking for an AI Engineer / Microsoft AI & Automation Specialist to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven and process automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Their responsibilities will also include participating in ERP implementation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and working with clients on Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.

Job Description:
- Designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem – Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure, M365 (e.g., SharePoint, Teams),
- Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for automation and optimization,
- Implementing AI solutions to support internal teams and clients,
- Collaborating with the project team on Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations,
- Preparing technical documentation and providing user support,
- Monitoring the performance and security of deployed solutions,
- Staying up to date with new Microsoft AI features.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or similar tools,
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, or related Microsoft AI tools,
- Solid knowledge of Azure and Microsoft ecosystem integration,
- Ability to design and implement automation solutions,
- Self-reliance, good organizational skills, and strong communication abilities,
- Proficiency in English sufficient to work with technical documentation and clients,
- Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
