Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, as well as designing and implementing solutions based on the Microsoft ERP system. The responsibilities of this position will include leading full implementation cycles, configuring and customizing the system to client requirements, and collaborating with the project team to support clients in effectively utilizing the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Position Description:

Analysis of clients’ business needs and design of solutions based on Dynamics 365 Business Central,
Managing full ERP implementation cycles—from pre-implementation analysis, through configuration, data migration, and testing, to go-live and post-implementation support,
Collaborating with development teams, analysts, and project managers to achieve project goals,
System configuration and customization to meet customer requirements (including work with AL/Extensions),
Conducting workshops and training sessions, and creating user documentation,
Analyzing and resolving users’ current issues within the system.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV as a functional consultant, implementation specialist, or ERP analyst,
Thorough knowledge of business processes—finance, logistics, production, sales, warehousing,
The ability to conduct pre-implementation analyses and document requirements,
Experience in project work and effective collaboration with teams and clients,
Excellent command of English, enabling you to work with technical documentation and communicate with international clients,
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Independence, responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to effectively manage priorities,
