Chief Accountant

We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team, who will be responsible for comprehensive accounting management of the company and our clients’ companies. The person employed in this position will supervise the accounting team, prepare financial reports and statements, represent the company to external institutions, and support ERP system implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in financial and accounting areas.

Position Description:

Comprehensive bookkeeping in accordance with applicable regulations,
Providing comprehensive accounting services for the company and accounting services for client companies,
Preparing financial statements, tax returns (VAT, CIT), and reports for external agencies,
Oversight of accounting records and the flow of financial documents,
Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparing payments and management reports,
Coordinating the work of the accounting team and supporting the professional development of team members,
Collaborating with the operations and project departments on accounting and budgeting,
Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations in the finance and accounting area.

Requirements:

A college degree in a related field (accounting, finance, economics),
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in an independent or managerial role,
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations (VAT, CIT), and labor law,
Experience in preparing financial statements and reports for external institutions,
Proficiency in using the Business Central financial and accounting system and the MS Office suite,
Independence, responsibility, attention to detail, and good work organization.
