AI Engineer / Microsoft AI & Automation Specialist

We are seeking an individual for the position of AI Engineer / Microsoft AI & Automation Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-based solutions and process automation within the Microsoft environment. This role will also involve participation in ERP implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and collaboration with clients regarding Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.

Position Description:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem – Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure, M365 (e.g., SharePoint, Teams),
  • Business process analysis and identification of areas for automation and optimization,
  • Implementing AI solutions supporting internal teams and clients,
  • Collaboration with the project team on implementations of ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central systems,
  • Technical documentation and user support,
  • Monitoring the performance and security of implemented solutions,
  • Tracking new Microsoft AI features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related tools,
  • Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, or related Microsoft AI tools,
  • Good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft ecosystem integration,
  • Ability to design and implement automation solutions,
  • Independence, good work organization, and communication skills,
  • English language proficiency enabling work with technical documentation and clients,
  • Desirable: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
