Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating marketing activities (strategy, campaigns, content calendar),
• Creating and executing social media campaigns,
• Developing ideas for posts, reels, graphic and video materials,
• Producing video content, reels, and photos – including materials featuring people,
• Ensuring visual and communication consistency of the brand,
• Supporting the promotion of events, training sessions, and webinars,
• Collaborating on the creation of commercial offers, presentations, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing – experience in the IT industry is a plus,
• Ability to create content (texts, slogans, storytelling, scripts),
• Experience in producing graphic and video materials,
• Independence, creativity, and good organizational skills,
• Experience with recordings – especially working with people on camera is a plus,
• A comprehensive approach to marketing (strategy, execution, reporting),
• Creativity and the ability to tailor activities to the specifics of the industry,
• A good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail,
• Familiarity with current social media trends.
• Living in Bielsko-Biała or the surrounding area is a mandatory requirement.
