The administrator of personal data is NMI ERP Sp. z o.o.
Personal data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment procedure for the position indicated in the advertisement, on the basis of:

• reply to the message sent, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of NMI ERP Sp. z o.o., which is a response to contact and provision of information to a sent inquiry, including, if applicable, sending commercial information,

• with regard to other personal data disclosed by the candidate in the submitted application documents - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR, i.e. consent expressed through a clear confirming action, i.e. sending the application.

The recipients of personal data will be the authorized employees of NMI ERP Sp. z o.o., as well as entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal provisions.

Personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment process for the position indicated in the advertisement.

In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject has the following rights: access to the data, rectification of data, deletion of data, objection, restriction of data processing and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

Providing personal data in the scope indicated in the Labor Code or other specific acts (according to the requirements of the announcement) is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. The consequence of failure to provide this data may be the exclusion of the candidate from the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.
